Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the CYBERORACLE digital product. The seller is an individual selling under the brand name CYBERORACLE. Support email: ckb0316@gmail.com.

2. The product

CYBERORACLE is an AI-powered interactive destiny and lifestyle counseling service delivered through Telegram (official bot: t.me/CyberOraclevt_bot) and synchronized with a physical Vector robot performance. Discord delivery is in preparation and is not yet available. The product is sold as a one-time digital good priced at USD $2.99 per reading. It is not a subscription.

For USD $2.99 you receive: one AI-generated reading based on your chosen theme and answers, chat delivery, and a complementary robot stage show. You do not receive hardware.

3. Merchant of Record and checkout

All payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record, issues invoices, collects applicable taxes, and handles billing support and returns. By completing checkout you also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms.

4. Eligibility

The reading is general-audience digital entertainment. It is not gambling and not adult content. Completing checkout is a paid contract, so the person who pays must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their country. A parent or guardian may purchase a session for someone younger. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (including birth dates, theme answers, and chat identity).

5. Entertainment disclaimer

CYBERORACLE is digital entertainment and lifestyle inspiration. Readings are generated automatically by AI from your inputs. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and do not predict guaranteed future events. Do not rely on a reading for decisions that require a licensed professional.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, abuse, harassment, or to attempt to disrupt the robot, bots, or payment systems. We may refuse or interrupt a session in cases of abuse, chargeback fraud, or technical risk. Each paid order covers one reading; resale of generated text as a competing paid product is not permitted.

7. Delivery

Fulfillment is digital and typically immediate after Paddle confirms payment. The robot performance depends on the live stage being available. If the robot cannot perform at that moment, the AI reading is still the purchased digital good; we will complete or reschedule the performance where reasonably possible.

8. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns are handled by Paddle.com.

9. Intellectual property

The CYBERORACLE name, site, robot staging, and software remain our property. Your personal reading is licensed to you for private use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYBERORACLE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from entertainment readings or from third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord when launched, OpenAI, Paddle). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms on this page. The version published at the time of purchase applies to that order.
