Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your CYBERORACLE reading, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product is a one-time digital good priced at USD $2.99 per session.

How to request a refund

• Contact Paddle customer support (Merchant of Record) using the details on your Paddle receipt or invoice; or
• Email ckb0316@gmail.com with your order email and Paddle transaction ID, and we will help Paddle process the return.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

What we refund

We refund the session price you paid (USD $2.99 plus any tax collected on that order, as applicable). There is no restocking fee because nothing is shipped.

Fair use

We may decline or investigate refunds that appear to be payment fraud, duplicate chargebacks, or abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated purchases and refunds of the same digital session). Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
