1. Who is responsible

CYBERORACLE is the brand name of an individual seller who operates this website and the counseling product. Contact: ckb0316@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle’s own privacy policy applies to card and billing data collected at checkout.

2. Data we process to deliver a reading

To fulfill a USD $2.99 session we process, in real time:

• Chat identifiers on Telegram (official bot: t.me/CyberOraclevt_bot), as provided by that platform. Discord identifiers will be processed only after Discord launches.
• Theme selection and answers you type (for example birth date, MBTI, tarot picks, zodiac)
• Language preference so the reading can be written in your language
• Order/fulfillment status received from Paddle webhooks (transaction id, paid/unpaid)

We do not ask for government ID, and we do not store full payment card numbers. Card data never touches our servers; it is entered on Paddle Checkout.

3. Why we process it

• To generate and deliver the digital reading you purchased
• To run the matching Vector robot performance
• To prevent fraud and complete refunds
• To meet legal and tax obligations together with Paddle

4. Processors

• Paddle.com — checkout, invoices, tax, refunds
• OpenAI — generation of the reading text from your prompts
• Telegram — message delivery via @CyberOraclevt_bot according to Telegram’s terms. Discord is coming soon.

5. Security and retention

Transmission to this website and our APIs uses HTTPS/TLS. We do not sell personal data. We retain only what is needed to fulfill the order, handle support/refunds, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize operational logs on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

Depending on your country you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email ckb0316@gmail.com. For billing records, contact Paddle as Merchant of Record.

7. Children

CYBERORACLE is general-audience entertainment, not an adult-only or gambling product. We do not target children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal data, email ckb0316@gmail.com and we will delete it.
